MUSE Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
MUSE (“we”) is a Berlin culture calendar operated by Anara Technology. This policy explains what data the MUSE app and museinberlin.com collect and how it is used. Contact: marianneguillen@gmail.com
What we collect and why
Account email. You sign in with your email address; a one-time code is sent to it. Your email identifies your account and is used only for sign-in and service emails (such as venue-claim verification). We do not send marketing email.
Taste preferences. Interests and categories you choose, events you save or dismiss, and an optional home district are stored with your account to personalize your feed.
Usage analytics. We record in-app interactions (views, clicks, searches) tied to your account to improve recommendations and the product. Raw analytics are automatically deleted after 12 months.
What we don’t do
- No advertising, and no tracking across other companies’ apps or sites.
- No sale or sharing of personal data for marketing.
- No access to your contacts, calendar, or photo library beyond what you explicitly submit.
Where your data lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (AI processing of poster photos and event texts). Public event information is aggregated from public sources such as Kulturdaten Berlin and Ticketmaster.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and its data at any time by emailing marianneguillen@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved events, and submissions.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note it in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
